Mayhaw Jelly: A mayhaw is a southern fruit that comes fromt he Hawthorn tree and to jelly connoisseurs makes the best jelly in the world. This gourmet delicacy is sweet and delightful with a slight tart taste.

Muscadine Jelly: Muscadines are grown in the Southeast US. They are in the grape family but have a rich unique flavor that sets them apart. They have 6 times the reservatrol content and 40 times higher antioxidant levels than red grapes.

Blueberry Jam: Our premium blueberry jam is made using ripe crushed berries.

Blackberry Jelly: We make a smooth, seedless blackberry jelly using vine ripened blackberries.

Strawberry Jam: We use crushed strawberries in this delectable jam

Wild Dewberry Jam: We pick wild, plum dewberries and chop them to make this jam.

Pepper Jellies: A wonderful combination of something sweet with a bit of heat. Our Pepper Jellies come in a variety of flavors including Original, Strawberry, Blackberry, Blueberry, and Tomato.

Jalapeno peppers are a mildly hot pepper; 2,500 - 8,000 Scoville units of heat.
Habanero peppers are one of the hottest peppers; 100,000-350,000 Scoville units of heat!
